RETURNS POLICY

 

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, taking all diligence to confidently say that our production standards are both ethically and quality made. We do suggest utilising our size guide here to be sure the fit is right before purchasing.

Due to hygiene reasons, it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear & bodysuits, except in the case of a faulty garment, Due to this, we do not accept returns on these items. In the unlikely event of a faulty garment, please contact our customer care team within 7 days at hello@undisguisedlabel.com

 

We gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange on all items (except underwear & bodysuits) if the following guidelines are met:

  • Must first apply for a return within 14-days from the expected date of delivery, instruction below on how to apply for a return.
  • ‘Final Sale’ items are not eligible for a return, unless faulty.
  • Items must be in their original condition & packaging: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • When trying on your garments ensure you're not wearing any perfume or deodorant that might leave a mark or scent, that would alter its original condition.
  • Items will not be accepted if not compliant with the above, or otherwise shows signs of wear.
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be at the responsibility of Undisguised.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, we ask that you contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your product at hello@undisguisedlabel.com

 

Once a return is received at Undisguised HQ; each item will be thoroughly checked over by our quality control team. If an item is received back and does not comply with the above requirements it will be subject to refusal. Our customer care team will email the customer explaining the situation. The customer can decide to have the item sent back to them at their shipping expense. If the customer does not want the item back, they still will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Date of Purchase
  • List Items to be returned
  • State your preference of refund or exchange

Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Undisguised cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we suggest returning the parcel using tracking.

  • Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of your return having been received and your replacement items will be shipped with a courtesy email informing you the goods are on their way.
  • If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
  • If you paid via Afterpay you will receive an email from Afterpay outlining your account amendments.
  • You will receive a courtesy email update from Undisguised as soon as your refund has been initiated.
